Why do some product titles or images mention “Imported”?

Certain collectibles listed on Mini Diecast are imported items procured from individuals and local suppliers within India.

These models were originally purchased abroad and later brought into India by individuals for personal use or collection. We source such products locally from trusted collectors and suppliers — ensuring authenticity and fair pricing for the Indian collector community.

Why are some products priced higher than the MRP printed on the packaging?

Some collectibles display an MRP printed during their original retail release. However, these pieces are resold as collectible items, not as standard retail stock. They are not sourced directly from the brand’s official distribution or retail channels, but procured locally from collectors and suppliers within India.

Prices on Mini Diecast may therefore differ from the printed MRP based on collector demand, rarity, sourcing costs, and limited availability.

All items are genuine and sold transparently as collectibles — we never alter or conceal the manufacturer’s original MRP or packaging details.

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) Available?

Sorry, we only accept online payments. We accept payments via Razorpay Payment Gateway. Safe & Secure.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Which courier partners do you use?

We ship through Shiprocket and use trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, India Post, Professional Courier and others based on your location.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently, Mini Diecast ships only within India. We’re exploring international shipping options for collectors abroad in the future.

Can I return a product?

Returns are only accepted if a wrong product is delivered. A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any return or claim — without this, no request will be accepted.

Minor card wrinkles or bent corners are not considered product damage and cannot be accepted for return or replacement.

Every order is packed securely using multiple layers of bubble wrap, honeycomb paper, or suitable protective materials to ensure it reaches you safely.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or modification is not allowed. Each order is processed carefully to ensure timely dispatch and collector-grade handling. Please review your cart and address details before completing payment.

My payment went through, but the order didn’t confirm — what should I do?

If the payment was debited but your order didn’t confirm, don’t worry. Sometimes payment gateways take a few minutes to update. Please share your transaction reference number or screenshot with us on WhatsApp +91 78100 20310 or email support@minidiecast.com.

Our team will verify the payment with our system and either confirm your order or process a full refund if the payment failed to sync.

Are all prices inclusive of GST?

Yes, all prices listed on Mini Diecast are inclusive of GST.

Where do you source your products from?

Mini Diecast sources products from a mix of individual collectors, local suppliers, and trusted retailers across India. Some collectibles were originally purchased abroad and later brought into India by individual collectors, while others come from established Indian distributors or stores.

Every item is carefully verified for authenticity and condition before being listed — staying true to our motto, “Curated For Collectors.”

Are your products new or pre-owned?

Unless specifically mentioned, all products listed on Mini Diecast are brand-new and unopened. Some rare or discontinued models may come from collector stock but remain in sealed and unused condition. We clearly mention in the product description if an item is pre-owned or unsealed, so you always know exactly what you’re buying.

How do you pack diecast cars, and what materials do you use to prevent damage?

Every order at Mini Diecast is packed with multiple protective layers to ensure your collectibles arrive safely. We use bubble wrap, honeycomb paper, corrugated boxes, and snug-fit fillers based on each model’s size and packaging type. Premium and carded items receive extra protection around blisters and corners.

Our goal is simple — collector-grade packaging that keeps your diecast models safe from transit damage while maintaining presentation quality.
