Mini Diecast offers collectible diecast models and hobby accessories.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and details. However, minor variations in:

  • Color tones
  • Manufacturer packaging
  • Artwork and production batches may occur and do not affect the authenticity of the item.

Product availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products as required.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • The price at checkout is the final price charged for the order.

Accepted payment methods include:
Credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and other payment modes supported by Shopify Payments / Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).

5. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
This acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee order acceptance.

We may cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • A pricing or listing error occurs
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed or shipped.
If you need assistance before processing, please contact us immediately.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the estimated processing time mentioned on the product page (usually 1–4 business days, excluding holidays).

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations and location.
We ship across India using trusted courier partners, and tracking details are shared via email/WhatsApp.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products, returns are limited to cases where:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • A wrong item is delivered

A clear, continuous unboxing video is strongly recommended for verification.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be handled based on the nature of the issue and product availability.

8. Product Condition Disclaimer

  • Products listed as Sealed / Imported are factory-sealed items sourced from official distributors or legitimate import channels.
  • Products marked Unsealed / Open Box may have been opened for inspection or arrived unsealed from the distributor.

Minor packaging variations—such as small card bends, soft corners, paint inconsistencies, or blister marks—are common in collectibles and not considered defects.
