Thank you for shopping with Mini Diecast (under AJBM Group).
We take pride in ensuring that every collectible is packed, handled, and delivered with the utmost care. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp update once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number for your reference.
2. Shipping Partners
We dispatch all orders through Shiprocket, our trusted logistics aggregator.
This may include reputable couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, India Post, Shadowfax, or others depending on service availability and delivery speed.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro / Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors such as courier workload, holidays, weather, or local restrictions.
4. Packaging and Handling
As collectors ourselves, we understand the importance of condition and presentation.
All items are:
- Carefully packed with protective materials to minimize transit damage,
- Shipped in sturdy boxes or mailers to maintain card and blister integrity, and
- Sealed with tamper-proof tape.
In some cases, protector cases are included with premium collectibles for added safety (as mentioned in the product description).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can also track your shipment anytime through www.shiprocket.in/tracking using your tracking ID.
6. Delivery Attempts and Non-Delivery
If a courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, the package may be returned to sender.
In such cases:
- Re-shipping charges may apply.
- Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed or returned packages due to incorrect address or non-availability.
Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, pincode, and phone number) are accurate at checkout.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that appears tampered, opened, or damaged, please:
- Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you receive the parcel until the item is fully opened and inspected.
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@minidiecast.com with your order number, issue description, and video evidence.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
Mini Diecast is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving such issues promptly.
