Mini Diecast (Under AJBM Group)
Thank you for shopping with Mini Diecast. Every collectible is packed and shipped with care to ensure it reaches you safely and in the best possible condition.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Dispatch begins only after successful payment confirmation.
- Once shipped, you will receive updates via Email and/or WhatsApp, including your tracking ID.
2. Shipping Partners
We ship through Shiprocket, which allocates the best courier service depending on your location.
This may include:
Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, India Post, or similar trusted carriers.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, typical delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier load, weather, local restrictions, or operational delays.
4. Packaging & Handling
As collectors, we understand the importance of packaging quality.
All shipments are:
- Protected with bubble wrap or cushioning material
- Packed in sturdy boxes or mailers
- Sealed with tamper-evident tape
Where mentioned, premium items may include protector cases for added safety.
5. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, your tracking link will be shared via Email/WhatsApp.
You may also track directly using:
www.shiprocket.in/tracking with your assigned tracking ID.
6. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated missed attempts:
- The shipment may return to us (RTS).
- Re-shipping charges may apply for sending it again.
Refunds for returned/undelivered packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the courier’s reason for non-delivery and the product condition upon return.
To avoid delays, please verify your name, address, pincode, and contact number before placing the order.
7. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items
If your package appears tampered or damaged at delivery:
Record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:
- Outer label
- Package seal
- Full unboxing
- The issue found
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery at support@minidiecast.com with:
- Order number
- Description
- Video evidence
Unboxing video helps us verify claims faster.
Requests reported later may still be reviewed depending on available evidence.
8. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
Mini Diecast is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, weather, festivals, or other external factors.
However, we will assist you with updates and follow-ups until your order is delivered.
