Overview
At Mini Diecast, every model is carefully inspected, securely packed, and shipped with collector-grade attention.
This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for all orders placed on our website.
Order Cancellations
We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are packed or shipped.
- If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will assist wherever possible if the order has not yet been processed.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- A wrong item is delivered
For collectibles, minor manufacturing or packaging imperfections are considered normal and not eligible for return.
Examples include: small card bends under a few millimeters, light blister scuffs, factory paint inconsistencies, or packaging variations.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure fair and quick resolution, we highly recommend recording a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:
- Outer shipping label
- Seal opening
- Full product inspection
- The issue (if any)
This helps us verify claims accurately.
Claims submitted without video may take longer to resolve and will be assessed based on available evidence.
Reporting Window
Please report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery for best support.
Reports made later may still be reviewed, but resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and available proof.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your claim is verified:
- Replacements will be provided where stock is available
- If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered
For defective, damaged, or wrong items:
- A full refund to the original payment method will be issued if a replacement is not possible
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items without sufficient proof of damage (video or photos)
- Reports made well after the reporting window
- Collector-grade items with minor cosmetic imperfections
- Items sold as Open Box / Unsealed / Displayed
Fair Assessment Clause
Every claim is reviewed carefully and fairly based on the evidence provided. Our goal is to resolve issues quickly while maintaining transparency for all customers.
